What is Early Morning Run Club and what does it mean?

To be awake when others are asleep, to be uncomfortable when others choose relaxation, and to be present when others are absent.

The Early Morning Run Club is not a person, it's a people. It's not a place, it's everywhere. It's not a thing, it's a feeling.

This brand was started by a runner who was embraced by his community in Long Beach, CA. Run 562, formerly known as the Long Beach Running Club, gave way to what these pieces mean. They are his expression of what it means to be a part of something bigger than the sport and how being a part of a group that is willing to show up everyday to DO MORE and BE BETTER can be implemented in all aspects of life.
